Over the past 2 decades I have been blessed to work with people in all walks of life. Most notably MMA athletes and Boxers such as Tyson Fury, Joseph Parker, Badou Jack, Caleb Plant, Frankie Edgar, Kelvin Gastelum, Jon Jones, Brian Stann, Jeremy Stevens, Rapheal Dos Anjos, and the list goes on and on!
As a coach my job isn't to say what to do, it's to get them to do it! In the beginning I realized that everyone has different palates, dietary restrictions, and goals. Trying to feed someone the right portions, macros, and micros with foods that don't fit their palate is not setting anyone up for success. People want to either lose weight, gain weight, increase performance, increase health, or just overall feel better about themselves and how they look. My job is to not only get people there, but also keep them there. To do this, they have to enjoy their meals. In doing so, they can also be consistent, which is the most important thing when achieving goals.
In this book we have all kinds of sauces, snacks, and meals that when tweaked right can taste the same as your guilty pleasures, just without the nasty calories. There will be foods that you might never have tried, that could become instant favorites! Not only will you get the recipes, but ways to adjust them to fit your dietary restrictions and palate! This is the first time I have shown the recipes that I have used with so many people. It's been in the works for a while, just wanted to wait for the right time!
